Glug glug!
However I decided to at least make a start on it so I did this. 4 x 100 easy front crawl with 30 seconds rest between each set. Then I moved into the 'fast lane' (woo hoo) and did 4 x 50m fast pace with 40 seconds rest between the sets, then back into the middle lane for another 4 x 100m steady and rounded off with 10 lengths of breast stroke. I was quite chuffed with that little lot, and feel it helped to break the session up.
